Application forms for LKG for the Academic year 2022-23 will be made available:
Offline (in School office):17, 18 and 20 December, 2021 from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM only.

Online : 08 December, 2021 (12.00 AM) to 30 December, 2021 (12.00 AM).

It is necessary to have following documents :

1. Birth Certificate issued from birth & death registration office
2. Aadhar Card of child and father
3. Caste Certificate of child issued from proper authorities
4. Residential Certificate of parent issued from proper authorities
5. Photographs of the child with parents (Postcard size - 6" x 4")
6. Final Covid-19 Vaccination Certificate of parents
Note : The prescribed age for admission in LKG is 4 (four) years. Selection List will be published in our website www.stjosephskahalgaon.com
