Application forms for Nursery & LKG for the Academic year 2024-25 is made available:
Offline (in School office):18, 19 and 20 December, 2023 from 9.00 AM to 1.00 PM only.

Online : 08 December, 2023 (12.00 AM) to 30 December, 2023 (12.00 AM).

It is necessary to have following documents :

1. Birth Certificate  (from Municipal Corporation, Block) Photo copy
2. Aadhar Card of Child, Father and Mother (compulsory of all three)
3. Residential Certificate of father
4. Caste Certificate of child (Photo Copy) – Applicable to SC/ST/OBC
5. Recent Photograph of the child 2 copies (Passport Size) with Parents  1 copy (6”X4” Post Card Size)
6. Age 4 years for LKG & 3 years for nursery by March 2024

7. Presence of both the Parents and Child during verification session
8. Duly filled in Application Form to be submitted at the time of verification
9. Write the form Number on the Photograph, Birth Certificate and other documents
10. Name and Date of Birth has to be entered accurately according to the Birth Certificate
11. Court Affidavit which should include the promise of the parents not to change the date of birth and name ( of Candidate and Parents) during the course of studies in the school, with their signature

Note : Admission of the selected children will be taken on the same day of the interaction. Please know that No Alteration in the school record will be made to change Name and Date of Birth.
